We wondered the same
thing. We looked around our neighborhood and saw hundreds of buildings with
similar needs as ours. Yet we each stood alone in making decisions about the
same important issues and expenses. The result: tense board meetings, dragged out decision-making
and the risks of wasted funds, poor workmanship, and community
strain.
We were
determined to create an efficient
way to share knowledge and buying
power with our neighbors up and down the block, and around the city. So we assembled the resources we needed to do the job, brought together a
